Brecon & Dean Surveyors is Brecon & Dean Ltd, an RICS-regulated firm (no. 898081) run by James Buckingham BA (Hons) MSc MRICS.
James is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, member number 5044356. He inspects every property himself and writes every report himself. Nothing is delegated to a site team and nothing is outsourced.
The practice works from Berry Hill, Coleford, Gloucestershire and covers the Forest of Dean, the Wye Valley, the Welsh borders, the Brecon Beacons and rural Wales. It is deliberately rural: the building stock here is solid stone, timber frame and converted agricultural buildings, and it needs surveying on its own terms.
