The practice holds professional indemnity insurance meeting RICS requirements; written confirmation is available on request.

Complaints

The practice operates a Complaints Handling Procedure in accordance with RICS requirements. A copy is available on request from jbuckingham@bdsurveyors.com. If a complaint cannot be resolved, it may be referred to The Property Ombudsman, membership number T11948.
